In his eyes, Qin Ruan was a particularly cunning presence, and nothing good ever came from encountering her.

He didn't trust her intentions when she spoke.

As it turned out, he was right.

As soon as Qin Ruan and the others left, Changyuan surveyed the messy scene inside and thought that he had work to do again.

He turned towards Xiao Yunchen.

At first glance, he noticed something was wrong.

Changyuan stood still, afraid to move.

"Don't come any closer!" Xiao Yunchen's voice was sharp, he was genuinely scared.

He had no idea there was a snake beside him!
