Hou Yirong's icy gaze swept towards the crowd.

His gaze shifted slightly, and he saw the convoy waiting not far away. He walked towards it.

The black-clad men quickly followed Hou Yirong.

One of them, a middle-aged man with ordinary features who could easily be overlooked in a crowd, quickly approached Hou  Yirong.

The man spoke in a deferential tone, "Second Young Master, the old master and the master have already retired. Are you going back to the small building first?"

The Hou family's ancestral home covered an area of tens of thousands of square meters, and the small building was the private residence of the younger generation of the Hou family in the courtyard.

Upon learning that his grandfather and uncle had already retired, Hou Yirong nodded slightly to the man beside him and said, "Let's go back to the small building."

Hou Yirong frowned slightly. He lifted his eyelids and glared coldly at Hou Qiang, who was sitting beside him.

"Hou Qiang, it seems like you've been itching to go to the punishment hall recently. Don't you see that I'm exhausted now, and that woman won't be able to run away? Stop bothering me!" Hou Yirong's face was clouded over, and his gaze was piercing.

His third younger brother was being treated in M Country alone, and he had been summoned back to investigate a woman whose background and family history had already been thoroughly investigated.

It was really a case of making a mountain out of a molehill.

This whole thing made Hou Yirong felt unlucky.

How could a woman who couldn't even make it to the table be important enough for him to meet her in person?

When he thought of his virtuous and pure third cousin who had been ruined by this woman, he wished he could kill her with a knife.

In country M, he noticed that his third cousin had shown some interest in Han Kexin, but he didn't dare to tell him about her sordid history.

"I know I was wrong. Please punish me, Second Master!" Hou Qiang knelt down on the car mat.

His voice was emotionless, as if he were a robot.

In the Punishment Court, any mistake made by a member of the Hou family's subordinates would result in punishment. Those who went in would come out with their skins peeled off, if not dead.

Hou Yirong rubbed his forehead in irritation. Hou Qiang was an old member of the Hou family's secret service and one of his most capable assistants. He also knew that he had used the situation to his advantage.

Hou Yirong lifted his hand and said, "Get up. Invite that woman out tomorrow afternoon and arrange for a doctor to examine her. If she's pregnant with a Hou family member's child, we cannot let it be abandoned outside."

"Yes, sir!" Hou Qiang stood up and sat next to Hou Yirong as they discussed the business of the Hou family's HEA group on the way back to the Hou family's small building.

HEA group was the Hou family's public business, which pretended to be a manufacturing industry but actually dealt in weapon trading.

While Hou Yirong was abroad, all matters related to HEA were handed over to Hou Qiang.

When they returned to the small building, Hou Yirong didn't have time to freshen up, so he took Hou  Qiang into the study to continue their discussion on the work they had discussed in the car.

Recently, country X wanted a considerable amount of weapons, and he decided to reduce the order by half.

 country X and country M were too tense, and having too many weapons would undoubtedly lead to unnecessary conflicts.
