Completely enraged by Qin Ruan's words, Han Kexin could no longer maintain her composure. Her face twisted in fury as she spoke, "Who do you think you are? You're just a bastard daughter of the Qin family, a third-rate product from the slums. What qualifications do you have to act so arrogantly here?"

Qin Ruan found her casual shoes in the room and put them on slowly in front of everyone's gaze. After she finished, she stood up straight despite her sore body and walked step by step towards Han Kexin.

When she reached her, Qin Ruan forcefully grabbed Han Kexin's chin and spoke in a cold, merciless tone, "Han Kexin, there has only ever been one true lady of the Qin family. You, an outsider, barking like a dog here, only serves to show your joy."

"What gives you the right to speak like this? Kexin grew up in the Qin family and has a deeper bond with the Qin family head than you, a bastard daughter. Where do you get the nerve to call yourself the lady of the Qin family?" Han Kexin's entourage of sycophants began to stand up for her.
